Settings - Account tab
The Accounts tab hold details of the primary administrator for the store. ‘First Name’, ‘Last Name’, and ‘Phone Number’ are editable. Make changes in the form and click “Save Changes”. ‘Email’ is not editable - this will be the main email address associated with your Shopify Store.
